I noticed the eyes are moving side to side, A good sign that it is NOT a tumor!!! I’m sure she recovered just fine! Strokes in dogs are actually VERY rare, The doctor told me today when I had my dog in for vestibular disease. If a dog has a stroke, they get like all the top neurologists together to find out why.

Looks like Vestibular disease, I believe my dog at 13 and a half has it now, He’s at the point where he can’t walk. His eyes are doing the same thing. Awfully scary, but most ( a lot ) recover well. Some remain with a head tilt. Best of luck to you, and beautiful dog. Good Luck!

Video of my dog 5 hours after a canine stroke. I hope that this helps others understand one of the strange and scary symptoms that their dog has had a stroke.
